About Hollin Hills

The historic community of Hollin Hills comprises approximately 450 mid-century modern homes designed and built by architect Charles Goodman and developer Robert Davenport. The homes are characterized by their large private wooded lots, sleek lines, and blending of interior and exterior vistas with their distinctive walls of windows. This close-knit community offers something for everyone, from a garden club to the supper society.
